- We allow exchanges or returns on unworn merchandise within 10 days of receiving the order for a store credit.

- Return and Handling shipping costs on exchanges are not offered at this moment. It is the responsability of the customer. We only cover the first shipping cost but after that, if you want to exchange we will charge for the shipping on our end. 

- In a piece of paper, please state your request. Size exchange or store credit and send it back with your product.

When exchanging an item:

- Once we receive your exchange it may take up to 5- 7 business days to process and ship out. Once exchanges are shipped out a confirmation email will be sent to you. 

When returning an item:

- Items must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags and hygienic liner. If the hygienic liner is removed or altered, it will not be accepted.

- Shipments sent from outside of Canada must be processed by the country's postal service only as Canadian goods returning back to Canada to avoid customs/duties charges.
